Second amendment rewrite
I rewrote the second amendment so it will comply with today's current events. #2... All mentally ill citizens... And mentally stable citizens... Regardless of militia or military affiliation...will have unfettered access to all firearms until they commit mass murder at which point they may be hunted like vermin and executed in the street to great applause. I hope this rewrite serves to help future interpretations of this amendment. Those who were out in 1792 were not as forward thinking as we like to believe. "Never leave home unarmed," agree all spree killers. "I would never hurt innocent people," say all spree killers prior to killing innocent people. When are we going to accept that every firearm owner intends to murder someone with their firearm? That is why they bought it. That's what the firearm was designed to do.
